Scotty-
Math: I well, I learned about ones place, the tens, and the hundreds. They lived on Unit Street. I already knew some of this. I built the number 31 out of blocks and 228 out of blocks, and I did math. I was practicing my math, like 9+3 and 8+3.
Language Arts: I am learning how to write a story. I am excited to start this new story!
Science: We asked the question, why do people from England sound different from people in America. They have an accent because they learned how to talk from their mom and dad and people around them. My mom told me that even people in America, sound different in different parts and she made a funny voice like people in Texas.
Tech: I built a spybot, that's his name. I programmed him to, after he sees something, he makes a noise, and I made certain noises.
Karate: I learned how to do a flying side kick. We did wheelbarrow races and we practiced our balance and strength by hopping on one foot backwards.
Beth-
Math: So I had to count which blocks and trace the number that is was and x the other ones that weren't it. That's all that I did.
Language Arts: I read a new story. It was about an ant and he was mad at a man. They were in the sand.
Dance: I did a lot of the same things, and I am getting better at somersaults. I also did scarf dancing.
